TRY PACK

The TRY PACK provides the client w/three (3) sessions specifically designed to introduce the client to our training systems, the expectations placed on our fit community and most importantly it gives the client the opportunity to hire a trainer before committing to anything long term. Here's what you can expect during your TRY PACK sessions: Session 1: Fitness Evaluation and Introduction 1. Initial Intake Questions + Body Composition Analysis-30-45 minutes 2. Introduction to warm up-15 minutes 3. Introduction to personal training-30-45 min Session 2: Full personal training session-60 minutes Session 3: Package Selection and Purchase + personal training session
